I hope to visit it one day. This title will be passed on to one of my daughters, so if I turn up mysteriously dead one day you will all know the motive. I received the land last Christmas when my son to give it to me for a Christmas present (actually I bought it for him to give it to me). Yes, I even shop for my own presents. Is that too obsessive-compulsive, or what? You should see the beautiful bracelet I bought for Bruce to give to me. It has my favorite Shakespeare sonnet #116 (see July blog archive below) engraved in it. How romantic am I??? Of course, if you want a title also, I can tell you where to get one for a few pounds! That’s what we need around here, a few more members of the Aristocracy!!! Long live the Queen!!!!( I have to say that kind of thing now that I have a title)

You are hilarious. You certainly make life more interesting for everyone around you. Now I am thinking of how I can purchase the square foot plot next to you so that we can be titled neighbors!
By the way, my niece has been calling me, "Milady" and I've come to like the sound of that.....
Kim aka Milady
Doesn't that stuff pass down to your first born automatically? Lady Kathryn... I wonder how the real estate market is there.
How fun!!! How did you find such a place?
(sigh) Oh Mom! You are so silly!
Hi Lady Leslie... I saw Becky's link to your blog and had to check it out. I'm sending my mom the link if you don't mind. I keep telling her to do a blog. But I'm having fun reading your posts! NC is pretty isn't it? :)
You go Lady! And... just for the record, that's how you get what you want - buy it yourself! My mom always did that at Christmastime - bought herself something she knew no one else would because they had no idea she wanted it. Love your posts!
